What's Happening in Tennessee

Today was the fourth of our newly started Bible Studies at Signature Healthcare in Greeneville, Tennessee. Sure is a blessing to be able to sing, teach and fellowship with men and women who are not able to get out and about. Some have few visitors and most have come to be somewhat withdrawn. God gave us another ministry.

Last week we were pleased to have Jerry Falbo and Tim Ford from Denton Bible for a much too short visit. They came to organize some administration and organizational things, to be sure all the T's are crossed and the I's dotted. They arrived on Wednsday afternoon ready to work and work they did. Jerry taught a Bible Study at U-Turn for Christ and Tim did the Wendasay night service at Calvary Chapel. Thursday morning we had an organizational meeting with Dave McAuley at Summit Leadership Foundation in Johnson City, Tennessee. After lunch We met Bobby Reynolds at Grace Fellowship Kingsport and they got to see the "Love Chapel" that the Senior Life group built last spring. People are in awe at the way Denton Bible trains lay people to do the work of the ministry and then sends us out as missionaries in search of the lost. Earlene and I are humbled that you have sent us. Thank you!

Gary Hall organized a Calvary Chapel work day at Mountain Vision Minisstries. We met at the Storehouse to complete work projects that were necessary before opening the storehouse on a regular schedule. Volunteers came from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm to sort, fold and hang cloths, organize furniture, hang gutters, build shelves. repair doors, etc. Bless these people who gave their labor to help others.
